Marie Curie Postdoctoral Fellowships are EU-funded, two- to three-year postdoctoral positions aimed at equipping researchers with both a personalised research project and additional professional skills to support their future careers. On 18 February, a webinar on the fellowships was hosted at the Hertie School. Among the participants was Prof. Grażyna Baranowska, who, together with former supervisors and fellows, provided valuable insights into the application process. The webinar, organised by the Centre for Fundamental Rights and the Sutherland School of Law, emphasised in particular the importance of identifying mentors at an early stage as well as considering mobility and career opportunities.
